Based on the textbook, please explain fully when the police may be allowed to use deadly and non-deadly
force during the arrest of an individual. After fully explaining the law in this area, please take a position on the
issue of whether you would require the police to shoot to wound only and refrain from shooting to kill when
deadly physical force is allowed.
