- Complete the Cultural Intelligence assessment found on page 143 in Earley & Mosakowski’s (2004) HBR article, Cultural Intelligence,
- Review the concept of Global Mindset and its three components, and examine yourself with regards to each of them: Intellectual, Psychological, and Social Capital and each of their sub-parts, (found in the Intercultural Interactions_Identities_Communications PPT LECTURE, and
- Examine and reflect on your relocation to live in Canada and your experience of acculturation to this culture, including examining the Acculturation Curve at the end of the Crossing Cultures PPT file on Moodle. You will likely notice which acculturation curve you followed, or not.
After doing this “research”, you are to then consider and reflect on the information from these 3 processes. You can structure this short paper as you wish. However, I might suggest that you explain each of these three steps and your “results”, and conclude with your overall conclusion and insights into yourself. The conclusion section will likely be the longest section as you analyze the 3 different “results” and explain how you understand yourself.
