Drafting a Positive or Negative letter.

1) 1st Draft Positive or Negative letter.

Write a properly formatted and organized Positive Message (from Chapter 8), OR Negative Message (from Chapter 9). You can choose either a Positive or Negative Letter. You must write a correct, block-style, business letter, having the following features: 1) a 2-line return address, 2) correctly written date, 3) 5-line recipient address, 4) correct salutation with colon, 5) Introductory paragraph, 6) 3 body paragraph(s), 7) concluding paragraph, and 8) proper close of the letter. Make sure your letter is organized, cohesive, and properly formatted.
