Identifying effective leadership styles used by Public Safety leaders.
Think about a supervisor (leader) for whom you worked (even if not in a public safety organization) who exhibited effective leadership skills. What leadership style(s) did the supervisor exhibit? Which style made the greatest impact on you as a member of the organization. Provide an example where the supervisor effectively used the leadership style to make a difference in you, other employees, and the organization. Is that style one that you can use as a public safety leader?
