What does immigration today look like for these groups?
Compare and contrast the historical and contemporary (past and present) assimilation experiences of these selected ethnic groups, using at least one outside reliable source for each group.
Apply and underline at least 6 sociological terms/concepts in your analysis of these two groups and their experiences. Organize your paper as follows:
Identify Ethnic Group 1, when did they first arrive? How many early arrivals? Discuss Second and later waves?
Discuss details about the assimilation patterns of the early arrivals, and later waves.
Discuss modern immigrants from this ethnic group, how many are arriving?
Discuss the assimilation patterns of these modern immigrants.
Repeat for Ethnic Group 2.
