The Swiss Hotel Management School (=SHMS) in Caux is planning to build a
commercial hotel somewhere in Caux. The goal is to design a 4-5 star hotel and you
have to design the Housekeeping Department. The hotel has the following facilities:

• 2 junior suites
• 10 connecting rooms
• 200 king size bed standard rooms
• 26 single bed standard rooms
