Description
The Social Justice learning portfolio is designed to encourage you to explore and demonstrate your learning on a social issue. The learning portfolio should include different articles and media that represent your learning from research on a particular social justice issue and relevant Catholic social teaching.
For each item that you include write a reflection that shows what you have learned. You can do it as a blog, or journal reflection
Introduce the social issue you are addressing. Include at least 6 items (articles, video, web links, pictures, stats, interviews, news clips, podcasts, expert opinion, etc.) Also, include your own understanding of what should be done regarding the issue.
Include each of the items in your learning portfolio and post a link in the discussion forum. You have class time and a good portion of the unit to do this project.
You are required to review and peer assses each of your group members. Groups will be assigned randomly. Post your peer assessments as comments.
