The purpose of this assignment is to use the problems of “x” company associate them with the organizational issue “The Volunteer Turnover”, to later create a communication plan to all the members within the organization.

First, give a brief introduction about the company (anyone but must be construction-related), then point out a series of problems the company might be facing.
(for example, Conflicts between employees, cultural biases, lack of leadership and strong voice from superiors, poor incentives, poor salaries, extensive working hours, lack of benefits, lack of promotions, etc.) then associate them with the organizational issues (high rate of voluntary turnover in the organization) and the impact they are having in the organization image and reputation.

Finally, develop a communications plan that mainly identifies the chain of command, roles and responsibilities, and the flow of information. attack every problem identified previously and propose solutions, and set a time and procedures to follow up the case to prevent it recurrence.
