You will need to adopt a practice management electronic health record (EHR) system. Before doing so, you will need to consider the needs of all stakeholders that will use the new system.
• Choose two of the following stakeholders to research: practice managers, billers and coders, clinicians (nurses, lab technicians, radiology technicians, pharmacists, etc.), and physicians.
o Report on the selected stakeholders’ data collection, use, and reporting needs.
o Describe the system functionality each selected stakeholder will need to fulfill their work duties. Include additional considerations for the stakeholders that may be critical.
