The aim of this assignment task is to write an introspective reflective essay about your experience across the teaching period. Your essay must demonstrate your level of engagement with the consulting project and your participation as a member of your consulting team and this unit via the weekly activities, discussions and coaching sessions.
Throughout the teaching period, you encountered ‘Reflect’ prompts that were designed to help you analyse your participation in and experiences of unit teamwork activities. As well as reflecting on your own teamwork practices and principles, the Reflect prompts act as a tool to help you consider the unit journey and to check in on how you progressed against your personal development plan goals.
