1. Develop a work breakdown structure (WBS) for a project to build a new beach park in Southfield, Mi. The WBS should have at a minimum 3 levels and should cover all areas associated with designing, developing, inspecting, and opening a new park. The park will sit on 100 acres and will include a man-made lake with beachfront, pavilions, restrooms, lighted baseball diamond, lighted tennis courts, slides, swings, nature trail, food concessions, recreational vehicle camping area, permanent tents to rent by the week, volleyball nets, small kids play area, parking lot, limited road access, lighting, drinking faucets, exercise trail, first aid and security station, and walking paths in the woods. Complete the assignment using Visio, Microsoft Power Point, or some other electronic drawing tool. Pg 232 – pg 249
