Write a draft project proposal document (Docx) for your final project. The document must include the following:
- An executive summary of your project including a description about the problem you are solving (i.e. the proposal)
- Detailed requirements (If you were hiring an offshore programmer to do this, what list of requirements would you give them)
- A brief description of the math/science behind the solution(s) you are envisioning
- An appendix listing all your background research and URL's, including links to any existing software (open source or otherwise) that solve this or similar problem.
