• Kraft, M. & Furlong, S. Public Policy. Politics, Analysis, and Alternatives. Fourth Edition or later Chapter 6 (I DON’T HAVE THE TEXTBOOK)

Then write an 2-3-page (typed and double spaced) Summary. MAKE SURE When you read an article or a book chapter, you HAVE TO consider the following questions: What is the paper’s main claim or argument? What are the main themes or trends? Is it internally consistent? Is it convincing? What are the strengths and limitations of the evidence offered? How does it relate to the current issues or other materials?
