Description
Introduce your topic to the reader. Include your reasons for selecting the topic and describe the flow and logic of your paper.
Background/Literature Review. Provide a critical analysis of the current knowledge of the topic. Describe the key issues in the area. Consider the various positions taken by different authors concerning these issues. Compare the area you are researching to related issues or theories in leadership. Where relevant, compare the various research techniques used and the advantages and disadvantages of each.
Discussion/Application/Analysis. Discuss the implications of the issues you have raised with respect to your specific application of the topic. Describe what you might see as future research in this area.
Summary and Conclusions. Synthesize your research and draw conclusions (e.g. new theory, important points for emphasis, your thoughts).
List all the sources that were used in your research in APA format.
