Also, describe why hashtags are important to public relations professionals.
Finish by summarizing some of the best PR uses for hashtags. Draw from examples of particularly effective, real-life hashtag "campaigns"; in particular, cite instances where a hashtag has gone viral and what about it allowed it to do so.
