User Story SB-US01:
As a Customer, I want to be able to submit a request for a quote from the broker for the auto insurance to get a best possible rate.
Scope:
The customers should be able to submit a request for quote for the auto policy without any error.
Acceptance:
The customers should be able to update demographics, vehicle, driving history and current/prior insurance information. Should also be able to upload any required documents needed to bid a quote with insurance. The Auto Insurance module must provide the suitable policy that covers the customers requirement based on the input provided like DL and Vehicle Info. The user should be able to get a Request ID and timelines to get quote for the request submitted.
User Story SB-US02:
As a Customer, I want to be able to request DMC services from my auto insurance broker online so that I can complete it as soon as possible.
Scope:
The customers should be able to update the DMV service request with the documentation online without much delay.
Acceptance:
The customers should be able to provide quick and easy access to complete the DMV service request from home. Authenticating of the customer should be brisk and accurate with the details shared like DL, Vehicle info, vehicle info, registration etc. The customers should be able to fill the DMV form and upload required document to submit the request. System should provide quick acknowledgement for the request submitted with the timelines. The User must be provided an option to print the acknowledgement.
User Story SB-US03:
As a Customer, I want to be able to make payments for their auto insurance policy, DMV services and broker fee online to us for us to forward it to respective insurance.
Scope:
The customers should be able to make payments on the site with their preferred payment methods.
Acceptance:
The System should provide the customer with all popular payment options, so he could choose from the options. System should give him options to enter Demographic and policy information to identify the policy to which the payment is made. For DMV services and broker fee, customer needs to enter the service for which the payment is being made. Authenticating of the customer should be quick by interacting with the third-party providers. System should provide quick acknowledgement for the payment received. The User must be provided an option to print the acknowledgement.
User Story SB-US04:
As a Customer, I want to be able to submit MV104 and required document to have my broker initiate a claim with my auto insurance quickly and efficiently.
Scope:
The customers should be able to submit the MV104 forms on the site and other required documents for us to initiate a claim with auto insurance without much delay.
Acceptance:
The System should present the user with MV104 form to fill and submit. The system should mark any non-mandatory fields as optional. Customer should be able to upload required documents to process a claim. The user must be provided an option to print the acknowledgement of the documents submitted.
