It is deliberately broad and there are three questions or elements to consider within the assignment question. I’d suggest your assignment be split in two – the theoretical and the application – but equally you can address the three questions in order if you wish and apply to cases as you go through your assignment.

If there are graphs and charts you want to use to highlight a theme, then feel free to include them. If you carry out primary research (interviews) feel free to include substance in the appendices and salient quotes in the content of the assignment. Also remember to reference properly (see course handbook) and cite all work not your own and used in the main content

This assignment is a mixture of theory and practice so there is no requirement to put your work through Turn It In and there will not be a folder set up in Learning Central for the course module for either individual or group work for GCM.

Remember, I am trying to move you to a place of being independent thinkers or management consultants who specialise in communications. To that end we want to develop your ability to bring your assignment responses to life by using theoretical and practical insight – so this is different to your UG studies and hopefully will provide an insightful and worthwhile challenge.
