Wireless Energy Harvesting: 3 different topologies of Rectennas

doing about different types of rectennas (For Wireless Energy Harvester) the types are: 1-Single series-mounted diode, 2- Single shunt-diode, 3-Diode bridge. I want an analysis of each, find the weakness if there’s one and find a solution for each weaknesses. I also want to do a simulation using PSPICE or Orcad Capture (they are fairly the same), the simulation I need is a graph of “Impedance vs. Efficiency”. Also, In the simulation, as the circuits have an antenna, some programs don’t have an antenna then you can use a voltage source with a fixed value of internal resistance (as shown in the picture “Source”)
