Elements of the scope statement

My responsibility in this project is the following:
-Technical Requirements
-Issues and Exclusions
-Communication Plan
-Describe Key stakeholders

Select a fun, real-life project to collaboratively plan using project management principles. You could design and build a house, develop a video game, launch a new business, etc.

Collaborate with your Learning Team to develop a project based on the topic your team selects and finalize the defining phase of the team project. The assignment includes two parts, a Power Point presentation and a WBS created using MS Project

Prepare a 15- to 20-slide presentation with speaker notes that illustrates the defining phase of project deliverables. Include slides for the following elements in your presentation is the project scope statement:

Explain the purpose of each of the elements of the scope statement, Chapter 4
Describe your project objectives and deliverables using the SMART methodology described in Chapter 2
Describe your project milestones, per definition on Chapter 4
Describe your project technical requirements, limitations and exclusions
Create a communication plan – See Figure 4.10 in Chapter 4. Describe the key stakeholder groups and their project information needs, as outlined in the communication plan with a justification as to why the specific stakeholders were chosen to be included in the communication plan
Discuss the work breakdown structure (WBS) that was created, with an explanation of how the work will be distributed among project team members

Develop a Work Breakdown Structure ( WBS) using Microsoft® Project.

Create the WBS up to four levels (Project, Major Deliverables, Supporting Deliverables and Lowest Management Responsibility Level as described in Figure 4.3, Chapter 4). Note: You may want to create the Project Scope Statement first, then use the Deliverables, Milestones, and Technical Requirements information to create the WBS.
