I need a case study about IP laws. it can be any (preferably interesting one)
I am writing a paper about why IP laws are important for the creators and the consumers. I need a case
study to go with it. The case study must agree with my thesis mentioned below and must use at least one
philosophical theory out of the ones mentioned below. The case study must include background (not too
long), the detail of the case, and the conclusion (if the case was solved). No opinions.
Thesis: Intellectual property rights should be respected and receive the strongest protection under the law
enforced by the government to encourage the creation of a wide variety of intellectual goods for consumers
