Order Description
In this assignment, you will create a plan to study the organizational, leadership, administrative, or functional behaviors and experiences of a sample of correctional professionals. The plan should result in a valid, reliable, ethical, and effectively written research project. The plan should be designed to meet standards of SMR and IRB submission.
