The Governor of TX is a strange position. He is ultimately in charge of the state on a day to day basis and we give him tremendous powers to do so. However, we have eliminated any way for him to keep a secret from the people of TX. Meanwhile, the President of the United States can keep many secrets from the people of the United States.
